Protein Smoothie Bowl: Matcha + Vanilla
If you have not tried any matcha+vanilla combo before, this is the time to start! Using half an avocado gives this smoothie bowl its rich, creamy texture. If you feel like you need the chia seeds to keep you regular, feel free to add it!
Ingredients
1 scoop UltraMeal Advanced Protein (French vanilla flavor)
1 scoop Glutagenics
1 scoop CollaGEN
1 tsp matcha powder
2 droppers full GPC liquid OR 1 tbsp BodyBio PC liquid
1 cup unsweetened oat/nut milk
1/2 ripened avocado
Optional: 1 dropperful ReHydration
Directions
Throw all the ingredients into blender and blend on high for 10-20 seconds.
Pour into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
